Blueberri Website Revamp
Blueberri is a consulting firm that helps food tech businesses and advanced food bloggers innovate through strategic content solutions. They offer fractional leadership, educational resources (courses and webinars), and advisory services. Their clients include food bloggers, food tech startups, and content-driven food businesses looking to scale their digital presence using AI and emerging technologies.
Upgrading the Blueberri website will help establish a more cohesive brand presence, improve SEO performance, enhance user experience, and provide clear, structured resources for our audience. The new website will also streamline content management, making it easier for team members and contributors to update information efficiently.
I. Situation
My responsibility included conducting stakeholder interviews, iterating wireframes, and implementing feedback from our stakeholder. My team is in charge of updating Sandie’s old website to a new one that was clean, professional, and intuitive to use for her clients.
II. Task
As a team, we conducted user research and stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and iterate on Sandie’s vision for a great website. We then came together as a team to brainstorm and narrow down the best designs to optimize client traction. We discussed in depth which pages Sandie would need to make her website as clear and professional as possible, and formed a new sitemap based on our stakeholder meeting notes and the project's RFP (Request for Proposal). We utilized brainstorming tools, including Google Meet, AI Notetaker, Otter.ai, FigJam, and Crazy 8’s, to quickly iterate potential designs, review them as a team, and voted on the designs we thought best fit Sandie’s vision. From there, we crafted low-fidelity and mid-fidelity components, wireframes, and prototypes. We then gathered feedback and implemented changes to streamline our overall look and style. Sandie provided us with an overall color scheme and branding, which we did our best to stay true to. We made sure to use usability testing to inform our next steps as we approached our final designs.
III. Action
Currently, we are still in the process of conducting usability testing to gain data on our latest iterations of the revamped Blueberri website. To be continued!
